This pie dish is just as beautiful as the one I purchased in France several years ago. And much less expensive.
I look forward to many years of use. I needed two and only had the one from France. Looked to order one like the one purchased in France and saw the Haeger at a better price. I am HAPPY! And MADE IN THE USA!

This dish goes to the table to join other white ironstone serving dishes to create harmony and elegance. Can be used for so much more than pies. The depth and size allows you to bake and serve in same dish squash, au gratin potatoes, etc. The dish holds its heat beautifully during the meal.
Baking a pie for a pot luck dinner lets you serve in style and still have warm apple pie. The dish eliminates tinny flavor to the crust.

I was so happy to find these deep dish pie plates in time for my Thanksgiving dinner/dessert. I have been traditionally the one in my family to bake the Pumpkin Pies, and every year I have had a difficult time because I have never had the right pie pans and this year that all changed. I bought two of these and I had two perfect deep dish pumpkin pies! They were a big hit.
Definitely would recommend them. I am very happy with the glazed exterior and stone interior. My pies baked very evenly and I have no complaints. Clean up was very easy as well.

I purchased this deep dish pie plate as a birthday gift for my best friend. I could not find one locally. As I had never ordered from Chef's before, I held my breath waiting and worried about the quality! Well, I was pleasantly surprised! The quality is excellent, arrived in good condition and IT'S MADE IN AMERICA!!! I just know my friend will love this ceramic cobolt blue deep pie pan! I am sure it will bake as great as it looks.

I love this dish! Thus far I've used it to bake a sweet potato pie, a deep dish apple pie and macaroni and cheese. All three items were baked to perfection. These dishes are nice and heavy; heat is very evenly distributed; no burned crust edges.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: My marble rolling pin and marble pastry board.
Favorite Brand: RSVP International

Used it for homemade Mac and cheese..came out great..warmed leftover ..was a little nervous about clean up ..but it was great..rinsed right out didn't use any soap ...just hot water

I purchased one of these at a local store, but when I went back to get some for Christmas gifts, they were out. So, I ordered them on line. They are wonderful! I've never had my pie crust be so flaky on the bottom of the pie. My new favorite thing!

I purchased this pie dish specifically for my Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. I have a recipe that is 1.5 times a regular pumpkin pie. The crust was amazing. Very flaky and tender. Nice even cooking too since the sides are not too slanted which can cause the sides to cook faster. One word of caution. Since this pie dish is so deep, you can use extra ingredients so more volume means increased cooking time for some recipes. Also, the ruffle at the top of the dish is glazed and burned the top of the crust. I had to cut the top portion off, but actually, I had enough crust to still show above the pumpkin so it was fine and there were no leftover pie crust tops which some never eat anyway. I want to use this pie dish for a pot pie next time.

I have been looking for a DEEP pie dish for months and was happy to finally find this one at CHEFS online. It was exactly as described and pictured on the web site. I made my family's favorite chicken pot pie with puffed pastry last night and the pie dish worked perfectly. It's super easy to clean (for hand washing), cooks evenly, and looks great. I bought the white dish. We can't wait to use it again.

My mother-in-law gave me 2 pie dishes like this several years ago. I made the best pies and quiches with them for years. My daughter "borrowed" one and never gave it back. Mine finally gave out 2 years ago and last year, my daughter broke hers. I've been looking for these natural stone dishes since then. Couldn't find them anywhere and I wasn't really sure when I ordered these if they would be of the same quality. I made a quiche 2 days ago and it was perfect! I love these pie plates though I'm glad I ordered 2 since my daughter is sure to "borrow" one again!

Over a period of years, I have used pie plates passed down from my Mom. Some to small,etc. for some recipes. These pie plates are deeper, heavier and the best I have ever used. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

This pie plate is very attractive and has very good heat distribution. My crusts come out flaky and the filling is evenly cooked. It works every bit as well as the Emile Henry pie plate and costs far less. And its size allows a deeper filling, to!

I was looking for a deep dish pie pan and this one fits the bill perfectly and it's just beautiful. I got the brown/tan one and it's very attractive and makes your pie look delicious. It can hold a lot of apples or peaches and bakes very evenly and cleans up very easily. Best pie pan (actually it's not a pan but a dish) I've ever had!

I have been looking for a not too expensive pie dish that will bake evenly pie. My friend has a brand name (can't remember) pie dish from French which cost almost 2x the price of Haeger NaturalStone Dish. I love this dish and wants to get the regular(non deep dish) size as well.
