I've always baked my meatballs...less mess and very little interaction needed. But I still felt they needed to be turned. I hated that part.
Now I have perfectly cooked meatballs-brown all around- while I sit back sipping Chianti.
This pan was a simple idea that produces great results and is easy to clean.
Brilliant and it's not just for meatballs!

When I make meatballs I make 70 at a time and freeze them so I always have some on hand. I would turn them over half way through baking. I bought 2 pans and while the first thirty were cooking I made the rest of the meatballs. They come out wonderful and they do not stick. What a time saver.

When you are trying to cut the fat but love meatballs use
this pan to bake the meatballs. All of the fat goes to
the bottom of the pan and not in your arteries!

This is a neat way to bake meatballs without retaining all the garp on the bottom of the baking dish. I wish the pan had a handle. When I went to remove it from the oven I lifted the rack handle (thinking it was the PAN handle) and I was surprised!

The grates are spaced a bit too far apart to hold non-meat (lentil) "meat" balls together, but performed as advertised.

I recently purchased this product and I love it.
My meatballs come out delicious and it definately is a healthier way of making meatballs. We also use this product to make shish-kebobs- they come out so juicy. I have made rice balls, stuffed artichokes, and even bacciole. Everything I make comes out so good. We have also used the pan to make brownies. The clean up is easy, its just wipe and wash. Enjoy!!!!

In the past have been using a cookie sheet. And they would set in grease. With this the meatballs are above the grease.

Albondigas!

Spanish meatballs (albondigas) vary from region to region in the types of meat and in the spices used. With these racks you can cook several varieties at once. The fat drips to the bottom, so the meatballs are not sitting in it. A clever device, worth having if you like meatballs with your spaghetti or as tapas!

Best Ever Meatball Baker

I purchased 2 Meatball Baker's and they are the best
purchase I've made in a while. Easy to bake meatballs,
no turning half way through the cooking process. They bake evenly and are less fatty due to the raised racks.
Spray the rack(s) with cooking spray and they are very easy to remove meatballs and the clean up is a snap.
I even cooked chicken breasts and theighs on them and the fat drips in the bottom. My husband is on a fat free diet and they work perfectly for him.
I would recommend these bakers to everyone.. Thanks for carrying such great products!!!

Outstanding product, one of many bought from CHEFS

After cooking many types of meat balls and pulling them out
of a pan full of grease, now I get fully cooked meat balls without
the fat. Turning the balls is very easy because of the design
of the rack. Both the Pan and the wire Rack clean up very easy.
At times I want to use the drippings for a gravy I put either
chicken or beef stock in the pan and add herbs or mushrooms
and allow it to cook along with meet balls and poor it upon the
baked potatoes or pasta. I am extremely pleased with this
product.
