I am in pastry school and spend so much of my time with my mixer just scraping down the bowl. I never thought this tool could eliminate that all together; but IT DOES!! It makes my life so much easier and I am still amazed every time I use it! The manufacturer hit the nail on the head! Buy it!! You will be so thankful you did!!

I LOVE this product! I make cheesecakes for a living and one of the secrets of a nice smooth cheesecake is scraping the bowl and paddle after each ingredient addition - necessary, but time consuming. With this paddle I scrape no more!! Also works wonderfully for frostings (no surprise chunks!) Absolutely, hands down, the handiest tool for baking that you will find.

As always I am very pleased with my new BeaterBlade for my KitchenAid from Chef"s! It work"s beautifully.Much better than the original that came with my mixer. Nothing sticks to the blades and it is so much easier making cookies especially which I do frequently. I am so glad I finally bought it. Another plus for me was being able to put it in the dishwasher.When I did this with the original it dulled the finish.Big mistake! I am so picky about my kitchen! Love it!

This is the absolute answer to getting every ingredient mixed. There was nothing left in the bowl that had to be scraped or blended in by hand. An AWSOME TIME SAVER!!!!

If you are undecided, go ahead and purchase this attachment for your mixer...you will be glad you did. I bake a lot of cookies and constantly adding ingredients. This beater blade allows you to move around and add things sometimes without even stopping your mixer. I don't know why I waited. I made the phone call to customer service to make sure I had the correct one for my professional model and then placed the order. It arrived in two or three days! The original beater that came with my mixer will probably never be used again! Great product! Thanks Chefs for making it available!

Just used this new blade to make buttercream frosting. It was fantastic! The butter whipped up light and airy and adding the sugar was never easier. Fluffy frosting in no time. I love this new devise!

I was thrilled to find a beater to reach all the way to the bottom of the the KitchenAid mixer bowl (unlike the one KitchenAid includes). This beater does that and scrapes the sides! Finally, no more hand stirring after I remove the bowl from the mixer to insure that all the "chunks" in the bottom don't wreak havoc on my recipes. As mentioned by another reviewer, when adding dry ingedients (flour, powdered sugar) the mixer will cause a small explosion of the ingredient until it is combined. I resolved this by using my dry ingredient shield and adding in smaller quantities with each addition. I love that I can just throw the beater in the dishwasher and now am trying to decide if I should order a second so one can wash while I am making the next batch.

I used this Christmas gift from my husband to make his favorite chocolate mint chip cookies. The beater works great!!! I scrapes the dough down to the bottom and I did not have to use a separate beater. What a great idea!!

it was good and I didn't have to lift the top to scrape the bowl. It

This is a great mixing blade. It really does scrape the sides of the bowl as you mix. It is light weight, can be put in the dishwasher and is kind of pretty.

The BeaterBlade really does the job. It virtually eliminates the need to scrape down the sides of your KitcheAid mixing bowl. I have had this product for two years and the rubber blade shows no sign of any wear. It makes creaming your butter & sugar a breeze. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who bakes.

I was skeptical but went ahead and purchased based on the glowing reviews. I will now add mine. For years I struggled with having to scrape the bowl and failing to reach all the way to the bottom only to find that flour had not been incorporated into the mix because the blade does not reach all the way down. This blade fills the void! It lightly scrapes the edges and the bottom of the bowl making blending more complete. Since it is plastic, I would recommend against using for heavier dough even in the initial stages but for cakes and cookies? Perfect!

When I ordered the Beater Blade I was expecting a metal blade - like what is on my Kitchen Aid mixer now. I have used the blade and it works - does what it is suppose to - just disappointed in the quality of the item - I am not much for plastics - they have a tendency to dry out and crack.

My Kitchen Aide mixer's original blade is white with a shiny finish which is wearing off. This blade serves 2 purposes - makes sure no more of the original blade coating wears off and into my food and you don't have to scrape the edges much. The 2 meat forks were perfect, much better than a 2-prong for to try and get heavy food items out of a pan and onto a cutting board. Thanks.

A great help when using the mixer. This is my second one because I tried to use it on too stiff of a dough and snapped the part that locks onto the shaft of the mixer. Not a problem of the product but be aware it isn't metal. I love the scraping action when making cakes and frostings.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: My KitchenAid Mixer. I give them as gifts to family members because I want them to have the same joy that I feel when I use a well made useful product.

It should have been invented 50 years ago. It eliminates the need to push whatever you are mixing back down into the bowl.
