Excellent product. A bit hard to close after refilling but even with that it's terrific. Everyone who uses it loves it...it's quiet, adjustable and looks nice on the dining room table. Will be buying a few more for gifts for friends.

Great product, works well, very consistent. Fairly easy to fill - sometimes the cylinder is a little tough to get out, but it's manageable. Highly recommended.

I purchased this to replace one that was given to me as a gift a few years ago . My old one was worn out because it was used every day for years although it was a good product. The new one has a better design for the outside but works the same. Very handy!!

Saw this and thought it would be great for us and as a gift along with a gift card for our son. It is a wonderful tool. Works perfectly and is very helpful when cooking and attractive on the table. Our old pepper mill lost it's paint from the constant twisting. We are very satisfied with the Trudeau Graviti Pepper Mill and would purchase as a gift again.

My son received one of these last Christmas and I just had to have one for myself! It is so easy to use - no buttons to push, just turn it over and you have pepper! It is a great invention! Keep up the good work!

I bought two of these ( one for table and other for the stove) and intend to buy more to give as gifts because they are "WONDERFUL" ! I love fresh ground peper nothing beats that flavor and this grinder is so great to use. How nice to be able to add fresh ground pepper while stirring.

Decided to try this grinder because it had good reviews. Bought one for my wife at Christmas and she loves it! She has asked for another for grinding salt and will get one for her birthday in late January. If you love fresh ground pepper you'll love this grinder.

I REALLY LIKE THIS PEPPER MILL. SO MUCH SO THAT I PURCHASED 2 MORE, AND SENT THEM TO MY DAUGHTERS. MY WIFE THOUGHT SHE WOULD NOT CARE FOR THIS, BUT NOW USES IT AT ABOUT EVERY MEAL. IT IS EASY TO USE WHEN COOKING.

Don't waste your money

We tried 2 new sets of batteries, and it still wouldn't work. I would not recommend this product to anyone even though I think it would be a fun pepper mill to have IF you can make it work. We are exchanging it for another like the one we have used for many years.

I bought two, one for salt and the other for pepper. I had to empty the pepper out of one, but I am most satisfied with the grinders in each case. I had no trouble figuring out the battery placement as the markings were obvious.

I had to return it for credit. It will work without the cap but once you installed the cap to cover the batteries it will stop turning no matter how many times you try. I was very dissapointed since I really liked the concept of one hand operation.

Every kitchen should have one of these pepper mills. It only requires one hand to use. Just turn upside down and it does all the work. I will get one for salt as well. The only drawback is all the AAA batteries it uses.

It was relatively difficult to get it set to a grind pattern that worked, but once it was set, it is a lot of fun to use.

Working a large pot of soup with a large spoon in hand - needs salt - grab the mill with the free hand and tip it over the pot while stirring it in.. enough said. A little messy to load salt or pepper as when replacing the battery cartridge after filling, the mill is inverted and immediately runs. I also found the grind adjustment to be a wee bit touchy, but I pretty much leave it where I like it so only the initial adjustment was required.

This is the 3rd electric grinder we have had. The first one lasted for about 6 years then the transmission went out. I bought a cheep one on Ebay and it never worked right. This one seems to be very strong and does a good job grinding. It is convenient not to have to push a button. Just turn it up like a normal pepper shaker and it works. Highly recommended.

I have loved this mill since my husband bought it for me last year. Easy to operate, easy to fill. My only concern is I would like to find another one for salt. I have a red one and would like my new one to match.
