Good value, don't like the handles

Cook's Illustrated recommended these little paring knives (or at least one of them) and since we can't always use the Henckel's paring knife I purchased earlier, I decided to buy them.
Pros: Sharp sharp sharp! Cheap as chips, nice shape. I particularly like the curved knife for fruit.
Cons: The handles feel slimy - the plastic just doesn't feel right in my hand. The handles are skinny and unsubstantial. Maybe I'm used to better quality knives but these don't feel like they'll hold up.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Performs Well, sharp
Cons: Quality, weight, Uncomfortable, Difficult to use, Slick handle, slippery handle

My girlfriend bought me these knives for my birthday, and I have to say they're fantastic. They come razor sharp out of the package and retain their edges well. The blades have just the right amount of flex and rigidity. And for the price they're a real bargain.
