"Although I own several types of chef's knives, I decided to give this one a try. It is now my standard. I love the balanced heft and wide blade. It makes slicing and chopping so much easier and faster than my standard chef's knives."

"What can I say? It cuts through anything like butter. I first used it on spaghetti squash, which can be quite ornery. This knife got through its tough skin and stringy innards like a champ. It was such a great price, and I know I'll continue to use it daily in my kitchen. If you're toying with the idea of purchasing it, ponder no further, take the plunge. You'll be glad you did!"

"This chef's knife was featured in a blog recipe, and was highly recommended. We already had a chef's knife, but it wasn't outstanding.
I'm glad I decided to buy this knife - it's light, feels comfortable in the hand, and does a great job of slicing/chopping/cutting - whatever you need it to do. It allows for both improved precision and improved speed from our old generic chef's knife (which, sadly, is now at the back of a drawer).
If you need a solid all purpose chef's knife this is the knife for you."
