I didn't know why my oven didn't cook things like it should until I received this oven thermometer. I found out my oven was 40 degrees lower then it should be. It is a big help, as I now know to turn my temp up.

Not too often I buy something that I am happy with the next day. I'll be happy with this thermometer for a long time.
It's been rated up there with others that cost a 100 bucks.

It is very nice to have both temperature readings at the same time so you can monitor both the oven temperature and the meat that your cooking. It works great!!!!!!!!!!!!

The built-in thermometer in my gas grill finally died. The Polder thermometer works perfectly to tell me when the grill is up to proper temperature for cooking.

I was surprised and disappointed to find that although this product is featured as a dual oven thermometer, in reality it is definitely not an oven one. There is no place to hang it from on a rack and even if it were placed with the probe between 2 of the rack wires, face up, it would be impossible to read the temperature. The numbers are incredibly small, can not be read through the window of the door, and require more than a quick peek, if one opens the door to read them - thereby resulting in lowering the temperature of the oven. In my opinion, the description that is given is very misleading and the product should be featured as one that only measures the internal temperature of meats rather than as a dual thermometer. I returned the thermometer without opening its original packaging.

I have just recently become interested in smoking meats, etc. and want to monitor the temperatures in each of the items I will be smoking. We have had rain almost every day since I received my thermometers, so using the electric smoker has not been an option. However, I am confident that I will be happy with being able to accurately assess when each of my meat products have reached their desired temperature with these new thermometers.

I was searching for a compact thermometer and had no luck! When I saw this one, I had to get it! I haven't been disappointed... it has been easy to use & best of all, it also shows oven temperatures!!! Now I know that my oven is 5 degrees hotter than I thought it was... I would definitely recommed this product to anyone!!!

This is first meat thermometer I've ever had so, naturally, I thought for sure I would either use it in a wrong manner or it wouldn't work at all. Not the case! It was simple to use; the directions told me to insert it into the thickest part of the meat so I did that with no problem. When it was time to see whether or not my roast was done, the thermometer had the EXACT reading that a cookbook said it should have. I was SO excited...the meat was good too! Wonderful thermometer; I think everyone should have one. The face was the perfect size to read the temp easily. It was very easy to clean afterwards. Not only did this tell me the temp of the meat; it displayed the oven temp as well. Cool, huh?

The Polder Dual Thermomenter is a great concept in checking out the tempatures of not only the meal being roasted but also the oven tempature at the roasting area.
This way you get both a correct oven temp and meat temp all in one unit.

This thermometer is ideal for baking turkey. The double temperature reading is ideal. The shape is very "hand friendly". Easy to use and to read.
