My wife makes such great lasagna, it is always requested for family gatherings. She was very skeptical when I gave her this lasagna pan for Mother's day. She loves the middle of the lasagna, the soft part. She used to have to overcook the lasagna to get the middle done. I love the edges, particularly because it WAS done, but sometime it got too burnt even for me.
After the first batch in the Baker's Edge Lasagna Pan, she is a fan. Every piece of lasagna is cooked through, but the noodles are still soft. Every piece has at least two "crusty" sides, but they are not over-done. Everybody was happy.
Rather than return the pan, she decided to keep both of them. Yes, I got her two, for those large family gatherings.

Received the pan recently and was impressed with how well made and sturdy it is. We have the brownie pan as well and love it. Having all the edges for the lasagna and none of the fall apart middle is the best. My husband loves the end product! Look forward to enjoying lasagna for years to come.

I was not sure of this pan, however as soon as it showed up I wanted to try it out. I baked a lasagna in it and as it was described it cooked it faster held the lasagna together and upright came out great. I can't wait to try brownies in the pan next.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: a sharp knife

This pan is fantastic. The first time I used it , the resulting lasagna was my best ever. The pan also facilitates storing the left overs in the refrigerator.

Excellent and well designed pans. The design and construction of the pan accelerates the cooking performances of various cooking products. This is a great pan, also, I just love the final cooking results.

The pan is sturdy and easy to clean. We made the meat lasagna recipe and it was perfect. This product is highly recommended.

For years we have looked for a Lasagna recipe that allowed a great deal of flavor and would not fall all apart when serving, we found it with the new Baker's Edge Lasagna Pan. I was so impressed with this pan I purchased 3 of them to give to friends and family. The even backing across the entire pan allows for all sides of this pan to cook evenly and to have crunchy edges if you are skilful enough to accommodate everyone’s preference.

I highly recommend this pan for lasagna that stays stacked serving after serving. Its non-stick surface makes for very easy cleanup. Every serving is perfectly cooked as the heat gets to all parts of the pan evenly. In fact, this is the second pan I have purchased since we like to serve lasagna on Christmas Day, and one pan wouldn't quite serve our usual crowd.

This pan not only lets me make the best lasagna, but I've also used it for casseroles, bars and brownies. All edges are browned nicely and the clean-up is easy and quick.
