I bought this knife on the recommendation of Cooks Illustrated Magazine. It is wonderful. Light, sharp, and cuts beautifully. You can get paper-thin slices of garlic with it, for example. It may not look glamorous, but you can't beat the price. Skip the expensive knives and try this one.
Pros: Value for Money, Non-slip handle, easy to use, Performs Well, Functional/Useful

Review 2 for Victorinox Forschner Paring Knife, 3 1/4-in.
Hands down, this is the best paring knife I have ever owned. I had ordered this product for Christmas gifts last year and everyone loved them. Just ordered two more for myself and two for a friend. Fits just right in your hand and is very, very sharp! You can cut any vegetable or fruit with complete ease. If you are wondering why I ordered more when I already had it, it's because whoever I am working with in the kitchen always grabs this knife first! I don't like to share my paring knife with someone else!! Need a backup! Love it!
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Non-slip handle, quality, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, durability, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting, Weight

Spend your money on the Victorinox knife with the Fibrox handle. Much better feel than this one.
