I had never before used a serated blade paring knife and wasn't sure if I would like it. I tried it on three pounds of potatoes. This is a very sharp paring knife and did the job well.

Best knives and a great price! I have paid much more for them elsewhere. I use them to cut veggies, cut cheese, cut sandwiches, cut steak, anything and everything! Love them!

I hate those big, clunky, dull steak knives that people and some steak houses use. This little Victorinox serrated knife is sharp enough to do an appendectomy, and lasts years of daily use as a regular dinner knife. We have been using our knifes for over twenty years, and thought that a few new ones would be nice. I was glad to find out that Chefs had them.

I have had quite a few paring knives in fifty years of marriage. The knife was a gift from my son in law and I use it daily. In fact I have ordered four more and keep it in various cutlery draws so wherever i am stationed in the kitchen I can easily reach for it. It practically cuts thru everything cleanly.

Someone gave us one of your serrated knives years ago. We loved it so much that they gave us a second one! Now, we have worn out two of them! Our previous ones had a blunt end (perhaps a steak knife) but it was so great to cut any vegetables. We decided to order one with a sharp point on the end, and that is even better! Actually, we ordered 2 so we could always have a clean one! We plan to always have one of these knives on hand! They are very sharp and strong.
