I can't say enough good things about all of the USA ribbed pans. Absolutely NOTHING sticks to them. After seeing one of the loaf pans used in a cooking demo for making bread - using NO PAN prep (no flouring, no greasing, no spraying, no paper liner) - I was sold. I have since seen one of the round pans used in a cooking demo for a sticky bun - again, no pan prep, and the buns, with all their sticky sugars and nuts, slid right out of the pan. I'm sold. I've now replaced every baking pan I owned with the USA ribbed pan equivalent; cookie sheets, jelly roll pans, round cake pans, square casserole pans, loaf pans, cupcake pans, etc. They are a bit heavy, but not so much that it's a problem. Try them - you won't be sorry!

The best made and highest quality baking pan I've ever seen. The non-stick surface is so good that the sausage balls I made trying out the pan, all slid to one side as I was getting them out of the oven! The pan I have is a medium and I've already placed an order for the large!

I have purchased a variety of these pans - jelly roll, cake, rectangular - and have been very pleased with the even baking and nonstick surface. The hefty weight of the pans precludes warping, and of course, they are made in the USA. Worth the price.

I bought these to use in my Waring Pro Commercial Counter Top Oven. They fit perfectly, work great, are super sturdy and have a non-stick, non-PTFE coating. I like them so much I ordered another!

the pan is impressive in two very helpful ways: heat is evenly distributed across the cooking surface which greatly produces the desired cooking results and unlike other jelly roll pans that I own it has ridges that eliminate items from sticking to the surface. Overall, an indispensable tool for baking.

I've waited decades to finally break down and buy a jelly roll pan, and this one was definitely worth the wait! It truly is amazing. I would love to have a kitchen full of these pans! I've worked in restaurants and in catering over the years and have never used a pan that is so sturdy, perfectly non-stick, and easy to clean. I'm totally impressed! A must have for any "baker"!

This is a sturdy pan that reuires minimal cleaningl! So far nothing seems to stick to our pan. Cookies must be watched closely because the heavy construction does really hold the heat. It does not twist when heavily loaded. I also purchased one for each of my daughters.

This is a great pan the heat transfer is nice for baking. This pan is made in the usa and you can tell it by the quality of the build. This pan should last 20 years or more. I highly recommend it the price is right.

If so, this is the one. I agree with the other reviews I have seen here. I have had this thing about 2 weeks now and it is the bomb. I really only bought it because it was made in the USA and I liked the idea of the little ridges on the bottom of the pan. But wow. It bakes to perfection. And you cannot even tell you baked on it after you use it. Totally worth getting.

I was so happy to find baking pans that are made in our country. WOW this is one great Jelly Roll Pan. I love the texure and performance of the non stick surface. This is truly an exceptional product. I have some AlClad pans made in Pennsylvania, but this one is truly a must have in your kitchen. I also purchased a couple other pans from the USA Pan Company. I will slowly replace most of my older bakeware with ones from USA Pan Company. Support this special company.

Food just slides right off and cleanup is a breeze. These pans are quite robust and seem like they''ll hold up forever. A pleasure to use and certainly worth the extra care (keep out of the dishwasher, be careful to use utensils that won't scratch the coating).

I figured there wouldn't be much difference between various jelly roll pans or baking sheets, but I thought I'd give these a try because of the ratings. They are super and way better than my previous ones. Sturdy sheets and the nonstick is just fabulous. Things slide right off. These are quality pans that I believe I'll have for years.

I don't know why I didn't purchase this product sooner. No only is it sturdy, but it is good for our environment. Everyone shoule have at least one of these pans!

I bought 2 of these for myself and as my children went off to college these were the first thing they had all ask for me for. I love them because everything cooks evenly and they clean-up almost by themselves. My children love them because they are easy to clean but they were very tempted to put them in the dishwasher. My oldest 2 are ready for a second one because they like to bake a lot all at once instead of often and since they have taken care of the first one I will get them the second one. You can't go wrong with this one.
