I bought two pans and chose this brand as it is made in America. The quality of the pans is excellent. I baked a cake from scratch and the cakes rose beautifully. The pans were extremely easy to clean. I strongly recommend these products. I have other pans from this company and all of their pans are excellent.

I have tried nonstick pans in the past and have been disappointed with cakes still sticking and browning too fast before the insides were done. No longer a problem using my USA pans. They cook evenly and the proper length of time as shown by the recipe, and come away from the pan without losing any of the top layer. Worry free baking from here on out!

I had to buy an 8-inch cake pan in a hurry, since I was trying to make a blood-orange cake that called for one and I didn't have it. I bought this because it was the right size, and I was intrigued by the ribbed silicon coating.
Love the weight, and teflon never performed this well. My cake slipped out the pan so effortlessly it was stuffing. Once the cake pulled away from the pan sides, it was nothing to get the cake out of the pan altogether.
I've decided to go back and try to find an omelette pan made from the same material. That's next on my list.

Thick, heavy, tough. Even cooking. No need for the "heat blanket" around the edge. Last bakeware I'll ever buy. Somewhat non-stick, but best to prepare pan before baking. One con is that they are so perfect in shape and size that they do not store compactly. I purchased 2 8" round pans and they do not nest. The round pans do not nest in an 8" square pan either.

I used my new pans to bake a three layer German chocolate cake. They worked beautifully, the cakes slipped out of the pans and they were easy to clean. I measured the cake batter into each pan and they all cooked evenly.

I have not yet had a chance to use these pans, but I can see they are of high quality. They are of heavy weight and have a nice finish. Each pan is exactly the same size as evidenced that they cannot be nested together.

The USA bakeware is about the best you can buy. I have these and the 9 inch cakepans plus some others by USA and I love them. Cakes come out easily and no crumbs left in the pan. Just follow the directions that come with them and you won't have a problem. Thanks to Chef's great packing, there wasn't a dent in the box or in the pans. I recommend all USA Bakeware!

Love the solid pans that are made in the USA. Have not used them much though, so I can't say how well they will hold up. I do have another pan by the same manufacturer, and I love it. Bottom is not smooth, so it is a little harder to clean. I also like that it is made of a safer material than the typical non-stick coating.

These pans are considered best by Cooks Illustrated Text Kitchen, and they were recommended to me by my daughter who bakes often. I am finding thay many recipies are calling for the deeper 2" pan, and I will try mine out this weekend.

I love to make a decent size cake and chose the " pans. They are well constructed and make even cake layers. I could not be more pleased with my results. Locally purchased cake pans will never be the weight and construction of this professional cake pan. These will be handed down as they will obviously last a life-time of cooking and onward.
