Very modern looking, easy to store, use and clean. Very accurate. I tested the weight with a 4 oz bar of soap without the rapper which weighted exactly 4 oz! I was impressed.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: a product from the chefs catolog

the on/ off touch button does not respond to touch with any reliability. sometimes takes over 5 minutes of tapping, touching to get it to turn on.

This is a great kitchen scale, slim lined, easy to read and very accurate. However, the cover on the battery holder did not stay on and although I could have returned the scale for replacement it would have been more trouble than it was worth. A little packing tape fixed the problem.

This scale looks like an iPhone on steroids. The function to change from grams to ounces was very easy, and the display is nice and bright. I have had no problems with the tare function to add several ingredients into my salads for portion control (hence, the title of this review.) Easy to clean, looks great, and does the job. I believe it is worth the price.

I never wanted a "diet" scale, but I am in love with this scale. It is compact (but you can put a dinner plate on it--just doesn't take up much space on your counter) and easy to use, and the tare feature makes it even that much better. I am so happy I purchased this scale, and if anything every does happen to it, I will definitely buy another one.

It's easy to use, clean and store. I also like that it can hold up to 7 lbs and the design is very simple. But when it comes to measuring less than 1 g, it's not very accurate. I bought this scale because I wanted to place a large mixing bowl over the scale and keep measuring by just adding ingredients. But after adding over 200g of flour, it couldn't detect 0.2g of dry yeast. It's okay for most uses, but wouldn't recommend if you are going for precision.

I have been 100% satisfied with the Polder digital scale. It is very easy to use and clean, appears to be quite accurate, stores easily- but doesn't need to be put away because it is very small and attractive. This is my third kitchen scale and it is definitely the best one I have purchased. Great price from Chef's, as well.
