I purchased this for my sister for her birhday, but when I was ordering because I loved it so much I decided I would get it for my mother, my other sister and myself too! We all really enjoy it very very much! It definetly fits our family excellently! We swap and print off recipes for each other all the time and we have recipes that have been in our family for over a 100's of years! It's a great way to celebrate our family history but to start our own. LOVE IT!!!

This Recipe Book was just what I was looking for. It was a gift for my granddaughter on her 18 Birthday, because she had been wanting me to give her my recipes. She was very pleased with it. I put a picture of myself wearing an apron on the front of the book and I wrote a message on one of the blank pages and placed it in the front .
I do have one thing that I did not like about it. The full pages that you were supposed to be able to put a computer paper page into had to be trimmed, because the opening was too small, but the other pages for cards & such were ok.
I will buy another one.

very useful and helpful. i've tried in the past to make my own recipe book but never could make it look good. this was a perfect buy, i'm actually looking at purchasing 2 more as christmas presents. Exactly what I wanted.

Well organized and very easy to use; provides excellent options for organizing all your recipes, whether they're handwritten on an index card, torn from a magazine or downloaded from the Internet and printed out. (NOTE: the plastic sleeves for printouts are a great idea, but they aren't the standard 8 1/2" x 11" size, so you will need to trim the side of the page in order to slide the recipe into the sleeve). All in all, the best recipe organizer I've come across. You might balk at the price, but its versatility and ability to grow with your recipe collection makes it well worth the purchase price.

I have been looking for something like this for a long time. It makes a lovely gift especially when you add your own receipes. I even bought one for myself and I'm happy I did, now I can organize all of those clippings and other pieces of paper I have from my kitchen and my mother and mother-in-law.

I really like the variety of ways you can utilize this book to include recipes. Whether you're handwriting a recipe, or need to keep a recipe you got out of a newspaper, this book gives you the flexibility you need to keep all your recipes well organized!
This will be a wedding gift....we are filling it with family favorite recipes that everyone is contributing to. It will be a great way to start off a new life together....and give the couple something they can build on as they find other recipes they love!

This is a great product that should be included in any cook's kitchen.
My niece requested this as a wedding present and I am pleased to say, that I finally found this on Chef's website after searching many sites for over a week.
It is a nice album, well organized. It includes great information such as equivalents, substitutions, and roasting temperatures. It also includes blank recipe cards, plastic sleeves and there are pockets to store printed recipes on the back of the indexes.
I am thinking about ordering one for myself at a later date.

this cookbook is well arranged. I like the slips for 3x5 card recipes, and the pockets. Most of my recipes are already in a 3-hole punched plastic sleeves, so it was just a matter of arranging them by subject. It's a beautiful book and it's small enough for me to grab with one hand and big enough for all the recipes. I wish it had come with additional labels. There are 3 or 4 blank index pages, but there's no information about what to use to write on them (probably indelible marker). But I am impressed with it, and the spot for a family photograph in the front is nice. This would be a great wedding/shower/new home gift if you add the recipes.
