I bought this for My wife for Christmas She used it 4 Times Mixing Dips, it smelled hot and quit working. Only after 4 Days.Would not Recommend.

I really like the performance, the capacity and the look, but the lid is so ill-fitting, I cannot recommend this blender. I love Cuisinart and am disappointed the the lid is such a pain to try and get on. I have been putting it on half-cocked, which works, but it would be nice if it fit without having to struggle with it.

This was purchased as a second blender and other than being a little shorter on power than my Kitchen Aide blender (Nobody beats this guy on power.) it has met no foods or ice that it cannot process. Makes great Frozen Drinks and vegetable and food drinks and babyfood. Durability and long life are yet to be determined besauce it is a new product to me. I still have coal powered Cuisinart products so it has a few more testing years.
Pros: Cord length, Energy efficient, Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Variety of Colors, quality, Material, Fast/ Speed, Warranty, easy to use, True to Color, Low noise, multi-purpose, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, Number of speeds, easy to store, Functional/Useful, Weight, capacity

this blender is the most powerful one I have owned, the 700 watts are the key here. It "crushes" the competition as well as the ice. I can say that I love this blender- it never lets you down.

Has enough power to handle frozen fruit for smoothies. Easy to disassemble and clean. Large capacity jar.
