During the holidays when my kitchen was filled with family and friends, my favorite kitchen timer got knocked off my refrigerator and shattered. I had to dig out my ancient dial timer which reminded me why I had gotten rid of it years ago. My Secret Santa gave me a gift card from Chefs and I couldn't order a new timer fast enough. What a fabulous product this is! Answers the need to time multiple things at once without having to round up alarm clocks and watches with timer functions. Directions are easy to follow and it looks great on my refrigerator. I wish I had purchased this timer months ago!

Although I am still not quite used to the button pushes required, I find this a very readable, convenient timer. I can read it across the kitchen which I could not do with the 10 previous timers I have used. The magnet on the back is very handy as is the easel stand.

Although some reviews have commented that this timer is difficult to use and set, I didn't find that to be the case but I do tend to be a gadget nerd. It's similiar to other timers I've owned in the past as to the basics of how to set it. I love the fact that it has 3 separate timers as well as the stopwatch/countup mode. The alarm is a good volume and can be heard when in another room. So far I'm very pleased and feel my money was well spent.

This timer works fine if it is not touched or held, but when I pick it up to set it or make changes, the display flashes and sometimes it resets itself. Not what I expected when I bought it,
Cons: Performance, resets itself too easliy when touched.

I have been looking for a timer like this for years to replace one that was wearing out. I am a psychologist and use it in my private practice to keep my sessions right on time.

I use this all the time. It is easy to use and know what timer is for what job. I also like that it has seconds on it. My last time, which I just bought, only let you time in minute increments.

I got this in my Xmas stocking and immediately put it to good use cooking Xmas dinner!
I had all three timers going simultaneously for different parts of the meal and it worked flawlessly.

I was so excited to get this professional timer because it touts triple capability. However, I was sorely disappointed because it would take a "professional" to program it! Even though I have 6+ years of college, I cannot figure out a simple way to program this thing. When you are cooking, you need to be able to program a timer quickly--therre is NOTHING quick or simple about this timer. I will be looking for another one soon-for a simple minded me!

As I am a seasoned home grown chef at age 80, I had much
difficulty in learning the sequences of input to this digital timer (for 3 separate timed events). Young computer brained chickens thrive on this kind of digital controls.
But 15 minutes of practice and a smart young electronics buddy set me on the right road.
It is absolutely a HAPPY DREAM! My new Maverick Professional Timer and clock is the best cooking (or other) timer I have ever enjoyed. It is a snazzy treat.

I like the nice large display and the clock and timer functions, but programing the three timers is not intuitive. Even with the instructions it is not easy to use (and I am a gadget geek usually!). If you are easily frustrated - pick another timer!

This product is well named as a Maverick. The instructions are not complete. If you follow the instructions, it will not set the time. My wife and I both played with it to get it to work and after many minutes we wrote the procedure as to how to set the time. The design of this timer is not logical. The buttons are small and the lables are small. It is difficult to use.
The software of Chef's was deceptive. I did a search for dual timers and came up with the one purchased. . After the transaction was completed on-line, the next window of other items of interest appeared. It had the dual timer I wanted, but there was no apparent way to cancel the prior transaction. I did not want to order two timers to get the one I wanted. I would send it back but I don't want to pay postage.
I cannot give the model or manufacturer of the timer I wanted and when I just now went to the CHEF's website I could not find it.

This product is a little tricky to learn at first but once mastered, it is a great tool. The alarm is loud enough to hear 2 floors away. It can either be magnetically attached or stand up on a counter. Very nice looking. Would have prefered AAA batteries instead of button but we will see how long they last.

The Maverick three line timer makes for a great kitchen timer. It is very easy to set the time in hours, minutes and seconds. Switching between timers or switching between the timer function and the clock function is easy. Using each of the capabilities of this timer can be accomplished by using only one finger -- which comes in handy in a kitchen environment.
