This little bowl and whisk are a great addition to my 6 qt. bowl mixer. It makes small batches a cinch and makes recipes requiring 2 bowls easier...no need to dump a mixture into another bowl, so you can wash the large bowl before continuing.

This is awesome! I needed to make some whipping cream for the dessert pie I made and this fit the bill. It was just the right size and made the job faster than in my regular sized bowl. I had to adjust the screw on the base of my 6 Qt. lift type kitchen aid but it was easy and made this fit perfect. 2 second fix

To my great disappoinmentt, the bowl would not fit on my Kitchen Aid 5-qt. standing bowl-lift mixer. I was so confident that it would work that I threw the mailing carton, etc. away; so now I have a bowl that I cannot use! Help! What do I do?

I 'm giving it five stars for its looks. I haven't used this bowl yet. But it fits the Pro 600 Lift Bowl Series. I'll see what happens when I use it over the holidays.

I have a Pro 6 KP2671 and have always wanted a smaller bowl. The only thing I did notice is that the whisk/beater did not come close enough to the bottom of the bowl. Lift mixer bowls are not adjustable. I got 2 very thin rubber gaskets that fit the bowl 'spikes'. Lifted the bowl perfectly and know I get fully whipped cream and egg whites. I don't have to take out my hand-stick mixer as much now. (Though I love it too. 1st time I ever used one though{a girlfriend who didn't own a mixer, egg beater or whisk}. She'd never even used the stick-mixer. My whipped cream actually churned into butter for the pie I backed for our shared Thanksgiving.

There is not much to say, only that it is nice that the thought of a smaller bowl would be very useful as well as the larger bowl that comes with the mixer. The stainless steel is of the same quality that the larger bowl has. The design is the same design as that of the larger bowl and is great. HOWEVER, I would have liked to have had the opportunity to purchase it without the additional "combi-whip". It is an additional cost that the customer has to bear when he already has a a "whip" attachment that comes with the mixer. I think the bowl should be sold separately and the "combi-whip" sold separately. .

I have had the previous 5qt. Kitchen Aid Mixer, I upgraded to the 6 qt Pro model earlier this year. Fabulous. This bowl and beater will add to the versitility of the unit.

Upgraded my stand mixer to a heavier duty lift bowl mixer last year. This smaller bowl and whip now makes that decision better as smaller jobs can now be accomplished faster and easier with one mixer! Whipping egg whites is a snap.

Expected more effective whipping of small quantities (egg whites, whip cream) than with large bowl. No improvement -- still took forever. Like the bowl for small quantities of mixing, however.

This smaller bowl is great to use on smaller amounts. I love the larger bowl for most uses but there are times that it does seem to be too big. I now have a choice.

KitchenAid 3 qt bowl and all purpose whisk are ideal for smaller jobs. As a family of 2 I find this is perfect for most of my mixing. It is well worth the money.
