This pan is simply the best ever. My first dish was Herb Roasted Chicken and I tell you that it was the best chicken ever. A nice sized pan and I can't wait to use it again.
I am actually look forward to Thanksgiving with the knowledge that my turkey will be right at home in this roaster.
