Chilled Condiment Server : An essential for
entertaining indoors and outside, this chilled condiment
server keeps condiments cold in one easy-to-carry unit.
With a 2" height for ice extending the full length
of the tray and a 10-cup ingredient capacity,
mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and relish stay chilled and
pickles stay fresh, crisp and appetizing in these
deep-well compartments. Add ice to the bottom tray, fill
the five sections and transport this service bar to the
patio using the side handles. Each lift-out compartment
holds 2 cups. Sturdy plastic. Hand wash.

I am very pleased to have an item that will keep condiments chilled during the hot weather. This is essential for the safety of my guests which is high on \my list. Also having the different compartments removeable they can be filled prior to my event and kept in the refrigerator until needed. Also clean up is a breeze. Great addition.

Made chili dogs for July 4th, and this item keep the condiments cold and the flies away. Compartments are surprisingly large.

I was looking for something to keep items that I demo in-store cold and looking good. I was expecting to pay a lot more, but when I saw this, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Looks good, easy to care for, plenty of room and it works. I'm SO glad I bought one for myself at the same time. Used it at Easter, and all my girls wanted to know where I got it. Thanks!

Perfect for buffets. Loved the peace of mind to know the perishable salads stayed cold. The only con, is

It was great to have this item outside. The flies and bees didn't get into the condiments. Got a lot of compliments, even from the guys. Might even get another one to have on our bar.

Outdoor parties mean hot dogs and hamburgers and the table table covered with condiment spills. More important is the health factor what with the warm temperatures surrounding the catsup, mustard, mayo etc.. The cooling ice and the see-thru lid to keep the insects out make for a worry free server We purchased 5 as "stocking gifts" for our kids for this coming Christmas.

Cons: chips easily, two received damaged-- have been replaced

We used these for our 4t of July food booth for our local youth center that we support. These were great for a big crowd and kept everything cold all day with a few refills on the ice. Refilling the condiments was easy since they came out individually.
I must say something about the customer service at Chefs. I ordered two of these and one arrived with the hinge broken...which is understandable as they are just plastic. When I called to see about a replacement, I got a gentleman on the first option who handled it seamlessly, and sent the replacement right out. He even expidited delivery for our event. He deserves a pat on the back and a raise! Best CSR ever!

One of the best things about this condiment short term storage/serving container is that it fits filled into a standard or apartment sized refrigerator until used. If you are having a party with food and mixed drinks, get two or three, one for the bar, one for the cook, one for the serving area. The only downsides are limitations of the condiment bins for large functions and the potential for scratching the plastic exterior over time. Otherwise an excellent product for home use.

Having made my own ice bath for condiments and ingredients , this simple solution is handy and practical and works better than plastic containers floating in ice water. When I used it for serving nacho toppings for Cinco de Mayo, everyone commented "What a good idea!" It kept the sour cream and guacamole cool all day at work with only 1 ice refill. It looks good even after 3 handwashings, just dry it thoroughly so you don't get water spots.
