Last night I used my GRILLING PLATTER for the first time to grill zucchine and salmon. It did a great job and was so easy to clean. It really is NON-STICK. Your products are First Class.

Originally bought this to use in my smoker. Tried them on a gas grill to grill shrimp. The best thing about these platters is the cleanup. They truly are non-stick. i would recommend these to anyone who uses their grill or smoker a lot.

The first time I used this Platter the right front and left back edged raised about 3-4 inches making the platter not level. When it cooled down it was flat again. The temperature on the grill was 350degrees.
Favorite Brand: All Clad

I bought one of these for my husband last summer an dhe loves it. No more lost veggies between the grates and perfect grilled fish. The best way to handle delicate seafood. It cleans easily. We bought another for our selves and have given several more as gifts to grillin' family and friends.

I put this directly on the wide-grill portion of my Jenn-Air stove top and it worked perfectly. The small vegetables stayed in place and cooked nicely. Originally I'd intended this for outdoor grill use (which it definitely will be for) but it served in this second capacity. Slight charring on the flame side, but that was easily washed off with simply a sponge.

I've seen these advertised for years and never bought one but thought now was the time. Since my husband is the grill chef and wouldn't grill vegetables because they would fall through and burn, this nifty little tray means we can do so much more and the vegetables come out great. I'm sure we'll find other cooking uses for it too.

I have used the BBQ grilling platter and it is really great! The reasons are numerous. It helps keep the food you are grilling together on the BBQ, you can move it to hotter or cooler areas when needed, and you can add marinade as you cook the foods you could not previously cook on a BBQ without them falling through the spaces.

This grilling rack is excellent except that without a lifting handle it is going to be difficult to remove it from the grill. Cuisinart provides a handle for the stainless steel rack the same size but not one for this...Why not. Tried to get a handle from Chefs with no luck. Still waiting to hear from Cuisinart.
