These shears really cut down on prep time. I use them every day. They are comfortable to hold and the spring makes operation quick and easy. I also like that the blade can be locked closed for safety when not in use. They work on salads and I also use mine to chop finely chop fruit for use in recipes.

These scissors will do more for your salad than the movie Edward Scissorhands did for Johnny Depp's career. Buy them!
