The day I received the baking sheet liners, I made chocolate chip cookies. They turned out better than any I had ever made. Nothing sticks to the surface, and the cookies did not spread out like they do on a cookie sheet alone. They clean up easily and I would recommend these liners to all cooks.

I don't know what I have been thinking all these years ! These Silicone Baking Liners are a dream come true ! No more spraying the pan, clean up is a cinch, just rinse and dry and put away.I don't have to use parchement paper anymore and have to cut the paper to fit the pan. I am going to buy more to fit all my jelly roll baking pans.

reliably well-made, sturdy enough for whatever cookie or pastry application you might need it for--especially nice with items that might normally stick to a pan, even with greased pans, such as a brittle poured on it or macaroons that cooled just a bit too long on the pan--makes working in the kitchen more fun and less a possible headache

Had never tried these before but the sale price gave me a good reason to try them.. Love having two sizes as I am often using a smaller sheet pan for the two of us. Works great for a variety of purposes. Now I don't always have to use parchment paper to assit with baking items.

These are just perfect for baking. Nothing sticks to them, no greasing a baking sheet, no having to buy/use parchment paper, and when you are finished with using them, just wipe them off and sthey are ready for the next time.

These silicone baking sheets are a kitchen must if you enjoy baking or just bake an occasional batch of cookies. I have 3 sizes and use at least one of them on a weekly basis. My large extended family loves pumpkin roll and the jelly roll size turns out the perfect cake ready to be spread with cream cheese frosting. I used a large one yesterday for cinnamon rolls and they just slipped out of the pan. There was no buttery, cinnamon sugary stick-to-the pan bottoms from this kitchen!

I bought the set of silicone baking sheets from chefs and I am very pleased with them. I had never used baking sheets before. This is much better than the parchment paper I have used for years to bake cookies on. My order came just in time for me to bake my valentine cookies on. I was so pleased with the way they came out. I had read the reviews before buying them ,and I found the reviews to be a great tool. I'll be doing alot more baking with these sheets. and saving money too. I no longer have to use parchment paper to line my cookie sheets.
