I'm glad I finally invested in these commercial grade pie pans. They bake evenly and they're of very high quality. Can't go wrong with these. Well worth the money.

Good pie tins but...

I have only tried baking one cherry pie so far in these pie tins. I put them on a cookie sheet because of the holes thinking juices would drip. The crust did not get very evenly cooked this way. I think the cookie sheet needs to be on the oven shelf below the one the tins are on. Just not sure on these yet but I think they are inexpensive enough so no loss really. These seem really well made as does all Chicago Commercial bakeware.

The pie pans are so well made and sturdy, they make me feel more confident. I have always felt pies crusts especially difficult but not now.
