You won't be sorry for your purchase. I searched for awhile online because I live in a remote area and what a relief to open the box, use the pans and love them. They are light weight, the handle doesn't get hot, and eggs, burgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches look restaurant made. Great product.

I like the overall weight, especially the laminated base which both stays flat on the stove and helps spread the heat to the pans evenly. They heat quickly and evenly and the non-stick surface is both slick and appears very durable. I won't know that for sure for several years.
A good fitting lid would be a plus, but I don't cover fry pans that often.

I got this set of pans as a gift for myself and my wife. She needed an omelette pan and I wanted to fry plantains without burning them. We are in love and not only with each other. Easy clean up, great quality and the price. What a deal these are. We like the pans so much that we are making them part of the next wedding presents we buy. It's a great start to a lifetime of cooking together.

I am now an omelet pro!! The 9" pan made it sooo easy. And the 11" is just the perfect size for everyday use. I love them both! I've never used Cuisinart pans before - now I won't use anything else!! And, they're beautiful.

I usually buy my non-stick fry pans from discount stores and replace them fairly often. Your pans are an amazing difference. Their coating is so slick and strong that things just slide out of them. I am very impressed and am so happy that my husband decided to buy me such nice quality fry pans. Now I can make gorgeous "over-easy eggs" like an expert! Thanks, Marge

I love my new Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Fry Pan Set! I've only had it a couple of weeks and used both of the pans several times. I bought them mostly for omelets and scrambled eggs, which they cook brilliantly, but they're also good for so much more. The nonstick is so good the food just slides out. But be careful the first time you use one of these pans. If you're used to lesser quality fry pans, it might catch you off guard and you'll burn your food. With the outside stainless steel and core aluminum discs, these pans heat up very quickly and evenly. You'll be able to cook at a lower temperature, saving on fuel costs.

Used larger pan for an omelette,cooked well and slid onto plates so easily.
Tried the smaller pan in the oven to bake chicken thighs ,in my new oven with convection feature,and results were wonderful,and clean up evem more wonderful...just a quick wash in hot sudsy water,rinsed,and dried with no fuss!

I received a new set of Cuisinart cookware for Christmas. While I love the cookware, I also like non-stick frying pans. They are wonderful.....heavy stainless outside and the non-stick interior cleans like a dream!

I am so happy with this purchase I search for food to prepare in one or both of them. They heat so quickly and evenly there is no scorching or burning, not even by accident. You start them on med heat and leave them there or lower. They really are just perfect.
