The item is of excellent quality. Not having a nonstick coating, releaves the headache of dealing with the coating and all I read about the coating is the tend to come off whith just a few uses. All you need do is spray it with somekind of oil before use, and that works better than a nonstick coating. Clean up is very easy if sprayed just wipe it clean.

It was smaller than I anticipated but will be perfect for grilling small things like chicken livers which is a hot item right now and veggies.
