This flour sifter is made of very quality material. I have a vintage sifter that I have used for years and I think this one will last long enough to also become a vintage item. The triple sifter should really work much better then the single one I have used previously. Very fast and secure shipping.

I am thrilled to have finally, successfully replaced my 40 year old sifter, that was suffering with rust. Relplacement sifters that I'd purchased were quickly thrown into the garbage because the mechanism was too hard to press.
this 5 cup sifter actually OUTDOES my old faithful and I am SO happy to have found it. Kudos to Chefs!

I bought one of these 5-cup sifters a few years ago for myself and liked it so much, I just recently bought another one for my daughter. It works well and I find that it holds just the right amount. The only drawback is when you get down to the bottom of the contents, you sort of have to "shake" the whole item to get all of it out. Just pulling the handle doesn't get everything out. Other than that, I love it and it's worth the money.

Easy action sifter - works well. Weight is good - not flimsey but not so heavy it would take two hands to lift it. No problems - I am looking forward to having it for many years.

I've been looking for a light but durable sifter with the squeeze handle but they were all over $19 and heavy. This one is lighter than others I've considered and seems of decent quality. I don't bake everyday but if this holds up like the one I grew up with, it'll be great. Comments of product getting stuck in crevices and not unclogging aren't a problem since I don't wash it. I tamp it to get rid of excess product then store in a brown paper bag, just like mom used to.

We purchased this a few years ago and yesterday we threw it out. Squeezing the handle is very fatiguing for both me and my husband! Also the handle sometimes sticks and we would end up sifting just by banging on the base.

This just perfect..used it the first time the other day, I couldn't believe how much flour it help. I'm so glad I bought it, the old one was smaller (only held about 3 cups of flour) and was actually messy due to it's size. This one is awesome, sifter the flour, salt and baking power with no mess!!

This is quite large, much more so than I had anticipated, but I like it. It works well, although ti does occasionally clog with flour and need a slight bang to loosen it up. I assume that probably happens with any such brand. Overall quite nice.

This sifter does an excellent job on powdered sugar and on flour products. All the flour is sifted easily and completely. No portions requiring extra effort to incorporate. It is also easy to manage with one hand which is a great help in a hectic kitchen, where you often need both hands managing different tasks - sifting and stirring or rotating the bowl.

I was really disappointed with this sifter. The size is terrific but it took forever to sift one cup of flour. I thought I would like it because my left-handed daughter would be able to use it as well, but my old fashioned "crank style" works much better.
