We love stuffed peppers, and this pan makes cooking stuffed peppers a snap! The pan is the perfect chape, it is sturdy and easy to clean, and the resulting peppers were the best we have ever created!

Used the pan for the very first time. However, I had some large peppers that were not secured enough because of the sizing. For that reason, I would suggest small to medium sized peppers that will not over lap the wells. I want to see if there are other uses for this item that may work better.

I purchased this very attractive product as a birthday (on request) present for my bride. My benefit was a very delicious meal of stuffed green peppers. I have had them many times before. These were the best. The local market had some brought in from Chili and they were huge! This pan handled them with out missing a breath! Being a good husband I did dishes after this meal. This pan cleaned up very well. Thanks Chefs, once again you came through!

We have used this for stuffed peppers only so far. It was so easy to remove them from the pan w/o falling apart and the cleanup was done in minutes. Can't wait to bake some apples in it and experiment with other foods.

This is a well constructed pan that does exactly what it is intended to, cook stuffed peppers in an upright position. It is made from heavy gauge material, has a non stick surface and cleans easily. The price precludes any economic benefit at ~ $25 [wait for free shipping on any size order if this is all you want] so it is just a neat-to-have, not a must-have, item, but if you are a gadget head cook, you'll love it.
One large stuffed pepper with a salad will be enough for most folks, so on that basis, it serves up to six people.
