Cuisinart Cook Central Multi-Cooker, 7-Quart : This multipurpose appliance performs the functions of a slow cooker, oven and stove top. The Cuisinart Cook Central Multi-Cooker features 4 fully programmable cooking functions: slow cook on high, low, simmer or warm up to 24 hours. Roast at temperatures from 250 F to 450 F up to 6 hours or steam up to 90 minutes. With this multi-cooker, you can brown meats, saute vegetables or sear up to 500 F without using a separate skillet. This product does exactly what it says. Made a stew. Browned the meat add everything else and cooked on low till done One pan used. Browns, steams, roasts and slow cooks like crockpot just by changing setting. This cooker is amazing.

This is my second slow cooker and by far the best ever. The non-stick surface of the casserole practically cleans itself. The ability to brown eliminates the need for a second pot or pan and does a great job. I also love the retractible cord. I love this product!

I just used my Quisinart Multi-Cooker for the first time and what a joy not to have to dirty up an extra pan to brown food before putting it in on the slow cooker setting! I am looking forward to using the Roast setting as well. I really don't know how I got along without this product. I would certainly recommend this Multi-Cooker to anyone!

This Multi-Cooker is an invaluably useful addition to my kitchen. Right this minute I've got a superb Mexican Chili going in the slow cooker mode after browning the meat and sautéing some of the veggies in brown/saute mode.

This is, without a doubt, the best item I have ever added to my kitchen. I use it at least once a week. It is very easy to use and unbelievably easy to clean. I love the retractable cord for storing. I don't know what I did without this.

This slow cooker has it all ... and it all works beautifully! Being able to sauté veggies and sear meats without having to use other pots is so convenient. I'm glad I resisted buying a slow cooker for so long ... this one was worth the wait!

Received this as a birthday gift. This multi cooker is easy to use and easy to clean. I made pot roast this weekend. I liked the fact that I could brown my meat in the multi cooker and then add my other ingredients and proceed to slow cook for another 4 hours. Also like the retractable cord which makes it easy to store. My only complaint is that it makes a humming noise while it's being used, which I think is possibly a fan that circulates the heat. Not sure. Other than that it's a great product.

My new Cuisinart 4-in-1 Multicooker is fast becoming the most used and the most efficient appliance I have in my kitchen. Not only is it an excellent slow cooker, not boiling my dinners as my slow cookers have done in the past, but the searing feature works perfectly. The speed of switching from one cooking method to another is amazing. It is so easy to brown/saute foods, then switch to slow cooking and when done switch to roast to make a gravy or thicken a sauce in little to no time. The steaming feature works great for my veggies. One of the best features is the cast aluminum nonstick cooking pot - no more cracked crocks. I love this awesome appliance and hope never to be without it. Thank you Cuisinart and Chefs for making my life so much easier.

This is the best ever cooker. I browned stew meat then added the rest of the ingredients for a beef & mushrooms over noodles meal. I really like the 7 qt. size since I always make too much for other cookers I've had. I think Cuisinart has created the perfect slow cooker at a reasonable price.

I love this new slow cooker / roaster / browner / sreamer. In the past, I would never make anything in my slow cooker that required browning because I didn't want to use another pan that I would have to clean!!! Now I can brown and slow cook all in the same appliance. Works great!!! I love the browning feature. I also made a dessert on the steamer rack and it was wonderful!!!!! Great product!!

This is an amazing appliance --- I read all the reviews which clinched my decision to purchase this product. It is even better than I expected, especially the brown/saute feature. I first used the slow cooker to make a round steak recipe where you have to brown the meat first -- I hated making the recipe before because of all the splatter on top of the stove, but using the browning feature eliminated all that mess. The best part is being able to brown right in the cooker and easily switch over to the slow cooking feature. Also, the retractable cord is a plus! This truly is my favorite kitchen appliance, I know I shall be using it frequently, even though I hate cooking!

I was tired of having to use multiple pans just to make a stew. My new Multi-Cooker does it all just like it says. The function buttons are simple to use, just press and go. Cleanup is a dream, no more having to clean the stove top from browning and searing. The

I love that I can do many forms of cooking in the one appliance, I.e. browning and then slow cooking. Liner comes out for easy cleaning and I like the way the cord winds up for easy handling and storage. I like the glass see-through lid so I can observe what the meal looks like without removing the lid. Also, the unit is good looking.

Purchased this prev. & after using the first time to brown it stopped working.Perhaps it was due to extreme heating the 1st time. I repurchased another & have used it twice but it is working well so far... I like Cuisinart products but I LOVE Chefs personal service & stand by their products. Glad I didnt give up on the cooker !!!

This is an amazing kitchen appliance. I bought this as a gift for my daughter and her large family. It browns perfectly and has a large enough capacity for her large family. I am sure that it will be used all year long especially throughout the summer when you don't want to turn on the oven and heat the house up. It is so much better than a standard slow cooker. It is worth every penny. Awesome!

I've had this slow cooker for 2 weeks and am very pleased with it. It sears, steams and slow cooks very well. Nothing has burned and there's no weird taste to the food.
