The cookies sheet is great because of the air pocket. The cookies do not come out without burned edges, instead they come out of the oven cooked evenly all over.

Cookies don't burn on this insulated sheet, and they don't stick. Clean-up is a snap and there is even an imprinted design for proper cookie placement.
Very nice, heavy baking sheet..
Can't comment on durability yet but it is a good brand and should perform well for a long, long time.
