I thought I would never need another casserole dish until I found this one in my CHEF"S catalog. I immediately ordered it because of it being BROILER COMPATIBLE, which none of my other casseroles are. In additon, the handles make it simple and safe to place into and remove from the oven. I have a feeling this will be my go to casserole dish for more than just broiling.

I have had Lasagna pans before but nothing like this one. It is great. Used it for the first time today for making my stuffed peppers which I had cut in half to bake and they came out perfect. The clean up was a breeze. The handles make it so easy to remove from the oven. I highly recommend this product.

Haven't had an opportunity to use, yet, but this dish is beautifully constructed. I was concerned about how the handles would be attached and it appears that it was made as one solid piece. I'm hoping to purchase additional sizes, if available.

Haven't used it yet, but am looking forward to being able to toast crumbs, melt cheese, etc under the broiler in much less time than required with baking at a lower, not-top-down temperature.

I bought this casserole and used it immediately for macaroni and cheese. Not only did it cook evenly; when it was time to clean up I was pleasantly surprised. Even with baked on cheese this casserole cleaned up with a quick wipe. The handles also make it easier and safer to remove from the oven. I love my new casserole dish and am telling everyone how great it is.

Fast shipping, great packing, and the first day after receiving it I whipped up a batch of angel hair pasta caserole in it. Wonderful pan that not only looks nice, but works exactly as advertised. Saw it reviewed on Create by a well known tv show and just had to get it. Works awesome - even cooking and with baked on crusties you just soak it a little while and it comes right off.
