No complaints... and for all those that complain about sticking... have you never heard of wine sauce to pull up the fond?? Not only do you get a delicious sauce, but the pan gets clean before it even hits the sink! :-)
For those stubborn stains, I use bar keeper's friend.... brings just about any pan (well, not cast iron ;-)) to a mirror shine with enough elbow grease.

In reading the reviews about the benefits/drawbacks of SS vs Non Stick, I opted to go with the stainless. I was replacing non-stick which over the years chipped and it was time for an upgrade.
My first meal using the frying pan was to make simple scrambled eggs. I heated the pan, put in a little butter and started scrambling. To my disappointment, the eggs started sticking. Maybe the pan wasn't hot enough, maybe there wasn't enough butter, but bottom line, the eggs stuck to the bottom, which never happened with the non stick.
But wait, there's more... Then I put the pan in the dishwasher and washed on normal cycle. To my continued dismay, the pan did not come out clean. Maybe it would have been different if I used the Pots & Pan cycle, but I had hoped I wouldn't have to.
I'm not giving up yet as I'm sure my eggs shouldn't stick to the SS which also means they would come out clean in the dishwasher.
The jury is still out pending additional attempts.
