I own a very extensive collection of Le Creuset. The only draw back is that it can be heavy. What I discovered with Emile Henry "Flame Top" is I get the same cooking results without the weight. Made in France. Excellant quality and looks beautiful on the table. Oh, and food dosn't stick. Cleaning is a breeze. Clay pots that can be used on a gas range...can't say enough good things.
