Aebleskivers without all the oil!

I am converting many of my pans to Scanpans, and was delighted to find the new aebleskiver Scanpan. It heats uniformly, and does not need the addition of butter in each hollow after the first batch. The balls were easy to flip over using a small bamboo skewer. I am most happy with this beautiful, easy to clean pan!

great new way to experience Danish cooking

I tend to cook meals that are:Quick and easy
We tried making pancakes-style puff Blueberry Dumplings.The pan heated uniformly ...we followed directions by turning...they were delicious.
We then tried putting jelly in the middle...wonderful.A great way to experience Breakfast/desert /etc . Definitely worth the price......heavy duty pan has great heat distribution
