Perfect size and all round performance for making perfect sauces and reductions. Requires a bit of cleaning (at times) but worth it. Came with a great egg poaching insert, that I use weekly! We ended our relationship and we both wanted to keep this pan... so I am ordering a new one for myself.

the lid does not seal tight had to add 12 cups of water to cook a roast, other pan only used 2 cups.
