Shun Herb Shears, DM7100 : The Shun Herb Shears feature extra-long life blades designed of high-carbon molybdenum-vanadium stainless-steel for ultimate cutting efficiency. The Shun herb and floral shears present an ultra-fine 16 degree cutting edge that cut clean without bruising herbs and other delicate produce. Herb shears' ergonomically designed grip is padded with elastomer plastic for maximum comfort whether using with the left or right hand. An interlock screw on the herb snips ensure proper blade tension. Built-in blade notch strips herbs and cuts stems easily and blades separate for easy cleaning.

I tend to cook meals that are:Healthy
These little guys are bit as solidly as Shun's other kitchen shears, which I was actually surprised by. They can handle whatever to put in front of them, just don't expect the leverage you would on full size models. I do like the take apart feature so you can get any residue, like rosemary sap, off easily. They might seem a bit excessive but they do the job well and are extremely comfortable.
