I love the USA steel cooking pans and bakeware. I'm glad I found the loaf pan to make my own bread.. My family will enjoy homemade bread even more, and this gives me a chance to teach my granddaughter baking skills.

This is a great quality pan. It makes a nice large loaf. I have made French & a nice white sandwich bread in this.
Since it has a clear non-stick coating, it is not dishwasher safe, but cleans up quickly. I have never had anything stick. I do put a little spray in it but I don't know if you need it.
After years of getting cheap pans, I decided to get something nice and this really is. Now I have ordered other pans from USA.

I bake a lot. I really bake a lot. And I am very particular with my equipment and take special pains to keep everything in top condition.
Only recently have I discovered USA pans with Americoat and I am replacing all pans possible with this wonderful product.
The pans I have used up to now have been of the highest quality but fall short in one way or another compared to the USA Pans. Some brown too quickly; some do not release the baked goods; some are difficult to clean properly and many manage to combine a number of undesirable performance antics.
I wish there are more styles available. On the other hand USA Pans makes styles of baking pans that are heretofore unavailable to the home baker.
The Americoat is extremely effective. I learned early on not to tip the pan until well over the cooling rack in order not to have the baked goods slide to the floor.
That everything worked as well as USA Pans products.

This item is excellent. I am an avid bread baker and was looking for a good pan this size. The bread bakes evenly and the nonstick surface works beautifully.
I was so impressed with the quality of this item, that I went out and bought a USA baking sheet and plan to purchase more USA items.
I love the fact that it is made in the USA, and I highly recommend this product.

I made sour dough bread in this pan this past weekend. I love the heavy weight of the pan and the grooves on the bottom that made for a crispier crust on the bottom of the bread. I would recommend this pan to anyone who makes their own bread. I love that it is made in the USA, we don't have that choice all the time.

This pan is awesome. My Italian bread came right out - just flipped the pan over. My bread was nice and brown all over. Made in the USA not far from where I live is an added bonus. Try it - you won't be disappointed!
