Just what I needed

This is just what I needed for making gnocchi and ravioli. Using a slotted spoon allows only a couple of pieces at a time to be removed, which results in others overcooking, and trying to hurry with the spoon leaves too much water on the pasta. Since it is so heat-safe and has the useful flat front, I am sure it also will be useful for things like scooping meat from the pan after searing for stew, etc. Great idea!
