I have gone back to all stainless steel pots and pans. The non stick ones are ok, but have to be replaced often. I have some stainless steel, that is nearly 60 years old and I use them every day.
I like the skillet for the even heat, the flared sides, and I can use metal utensils , easy clean-up, (I never put my pots and pans in the dishwasher),etc.
I like stainless steel.

Liked the overall description of the skillet. Thought this was a good purchase but at the present am unsure as food has a tendency to burn easily even on a low temp. Will need to work with this skillet before making a more positive review. Although following recommended cleaning method I am not pleased with the appearance after cleaning.
