"I first saw this little sharpener while I was in a spaghetti sauce competition and the chef next to me was using one. I borrowed his and immediately knew I had to purchase one of my own. Not only is it lightweight, which makes it ideal for taking anywhere, it has a superb diamond sharpening edge that makes my knives like new! I love how I can sharpen either a straight or serrated knife! I was never good with a "steel" so this sharpener is a much welcomed relief!! Thank you!"

"Once I received this little sharpener, I was a little taken back by the size, however it worked great on all my knives that were in desperate need of sharpening. Will definitely purchase more as gifts for the family so I don't have to share the one I have."

This is the one you use

"i never sharpened my knives at all, but instead relied on a series of inexpensive knives with serrated edges. i would have drawers of them. as you can imagine, the results were disappointing. finally i made two lifestyle changes, i bought a few higher quality knives, and i bought this sharpener. now i sharpen or touch up the edge of my knives several times while cooking. the results are a complete change. even if you posess one of the more expensive electric sharpeners, this is the you can carry about from cutting board to sink, to stove top, rinsing off the tomatoe seeds, or washing away the residue of garlic before moving one to, let's say, celery. again, worth every cent of its low price."
