John Boos Square Butcher Block Cart : This
kitchen cart combines a 4" thick butcher-block top
with food-service-grade stainless steel. Naturally
beautiful and durable, the work surface is constructed
in classic butcher-block style, with bonded squares of
select end-grain Northern hard maple sawn horizontally,
sanded smooth, and finished by hand. Its resiliency and
shock absorption protects knife edges while standing up
to even the heaviest cleaver. Commercial-grade 3"
casters on all four legs make it easy to move, and each
locks for maximum stability. Industrial-style openwork
steel shelves are accessible from any side. Also
includes a handy stainless steel towel bar. 24"sq.
