"These tongs are heftier and more attractive than any I’ve seen so far. The lock to keep them closed is solid and isn’t an eye sore. Their weight and mirror finish solidifies that professional feel. The only thing I would change would be the strength of the spring holding them open, it takes a bit more squeezing force than your standard pair of tongs. I will be using them for a serving piece so that’s not an issue for me, but I wouldn’t advise using them as a daily kitchen utensil for anyone who is prone to getting hand cramps."
