All-Clad Cop-R-Chef Covered Stockpots : Use it

the freezer. All-Clad Cop-R-Chef combines the warm
glow of copper with the durability of a stainless steel
interior, so you never have to worry about retinning.
The extra-thick copper exterior, a core of pure aluminum
(across the bottom and all the way up the sides) and the
cooking surface of 18/10 stainless steel are permanently
bonded, so you get the beauty and responsiveness of
copper, the superior heat conductivity of aluminum, and
the nonreactive, stick-resistant benefits of stainless
steel. Handles are cast stainless steel with
noncorrosive stainless steel rivets for optimum
durability. Oven safe to 500 F. Hand-wash using copper
