Great size, durable, love it! January 8, 2009
Busterbird from Bloomington MN

Pros: size, durable non-stick finish, can use metal utensils
Cons: can't store food in pot

"I received this pot as part of a purchase of a larger set. I love the 2.75 quart size. It's very versatile and the size of the pot makes it easy to make smaller batches of my favorite soups and stews.

The design is great, with nicely-sized handles and a curved base so things don't get stuck in the corners--not that they would--Scanpan has a terrific (and very durable) non-stick coating, after all.

I have been using the Scanpan Classic product line for at least 10 years and I am still really happy with the non-stick finish on the pots and pans, even though I use them as my "every day" cookware--and yes, I use metal utensils!

If you don't want to jump in and buy a full set, look for the great Specials that Chefs runs on certain pieces. Next thing you know, you'll be wishing you had more."
