I purchased this pan years ago after becoming frustrated with the spill overs I experienced with other pans. Since I love a thick and hearty lasagna adjusting my recipe to accomodate the smaller pans was not an option. I can load up with meat, cheese and pasta without fearing that I will have a mess in my oven. The pan cooks evenly, cleans up well and has stood the test of time. Decided that my daughter really needed this in her kitchen as well. I am sure that it will serve her well. The price is great and do not feel that quality has been sacrificed in any way despite the fact that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg like some of the deep pans that are out there. Love it, love it, love it.

I recently purchased the deep lasagna pan and made lasagna within just a few days after it arrived. I wish I had this pan before. No more nasty spills to clean up in the oven from sauce spilling over or cheese bubbling over. And, the pan itself cleans up so easily. I strongly recommend this product!

I finally broke down and purchased a "real" lasagna pan - wish I'd made that decision years ago.
I guess I'd forgotten about the spillover from the last time I baked a lasagna in a standard Pyrex baking dish. The next time I used the oven I spent over an hour trying to get the smoke out of the kitchen and had to medicate my smoke-fearful dog.
The following morning, after cleaning the burnt gunk out of the oven, I researched lasagna pans on the internet and immediately purchased this pan. My decision was driven by the deep sides - no other pans came close to the depth of this pan. I own a lovely ceramic pan that was also listed as a "lasagna" pan, but the inside height of the pan was the same as the Pyrex pan that I'd been using.
This pan is WONDERFUL. It's so generously sized, that I decided to double the ingredients when i made lasagna this weekend and there was still room to spare. Lots of leftovers to freeze and enjoy later. No more spillovers and having to medicate my dog when I use the oven after making lasagna. While I primarily purchased for lasagna, it has so much more utility than that.
The inside dimension of the refrigerator of my side-by-side fridge/freezer is only 18" wide, so I appreciate the fold down handles. Size and position of handles very helpful when moving in and out of the oven. Can get a really good grip, even with oven mitts on.
I thought the price was reasonable for a quality product - good looks as well as function. Easy clean-up.
No Cons, only Pros.

This pan does make a great deep dish lasagna, and did a wonderful job as a roaster for one of our Christmas turkeys. It heats evenly, and cleans up super-fast.

I was VERY disappointed upon using my pan for the first time. I always wanted a deep lasagna pan so you didn't have overflow in your oven but this pan is not only deep, it's larger than a regular lasagna pan. Therefore, I could not triple my lasagna layers. I had to try to cover all the bottom first and therefore had to design how I was going to divide and layer. I ended up with only two layers after covering the whole pan. The pan is expensive and, after paying the price, I don't see how I can use it again for the designated purchase. I am very upset about it.

This was purchased for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. They are beginning to get into cooking for entertaining and they had to use two 13 x 9 pans for making lasagna. While baking the contents were spilling out and making a mess in their oven. They absolutely love this pan. It does not spill out, it bakes perfectly and cleaned up as good as new. I need to get one myself soon.

Have made 2 lasagnas with this new pan and it's great! No more spills to worry about. Easy cleanup. Great fold down handles. I had no trouble getting the cut segments out of the pan. Makes enough lasagna for 20. I freeze the leftover in small portions for another day.

This deep lasagna pan is fabulous! For some time i have been settling for a measly three layers. I decided to search for a deeper pan because I usually ended up bringing two pans in order to have enough to go around. Since I seem to have been designated as the lasagna supplier at most family gatherings, I decided to search for a deeper pan. This one fit the purpose perfectly. The first time it was used, there were five layers of lasagna! And it could easily accommodate seven layers with room to spare. No dripping into the oven; no spilling during transport. Although I splurged on the budget, it's worth every penny. And it will have many other uses, too (roast beef, pork, turkey, etc.). Thank you for offering this great cooking pan!
p.s. Seven layers of lasagna can be quite heavy. Those handles are awesome too (they fold down for easy storage)!!!

This pan is the perfect upgrade for the 9 x 13 glass dish that I've used in the past. It is very deep, so I can make a tall, multi-layered lasagna without worrying about the sauce bubbling over as it bakes. The handles are convenient and sturdy, and with a little soak, the pan cleaned up easily.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: a good wine or beer.
Favorite Brand: 'A Taste of Olive' olive oils

This pan is perfect for Lasagna. It's 2" deeper than any other pan I could find. Made Lasagna for Christmas Eve dinner for family and it was great!! Highly recommend this pan.

If you like to make a 4-6 layer lasagna, this is the pan for you. The frosting on the cake is that this pan is a breeze to clean. Definitely a winner!

Although the pan is very nice...it is HUGE. I think you would have to double or triple a lasagna recipe to fit in the pan. I think it would be a great pan for a restaurant, but for a small family, it is probably not the best choice. May send it back..still thinking about it. I think you could cook a small turkey in it.

A lasagne pan that actually holds the lasagna! No more worries about how much liquid the onions/peppers/eggplant/mushrooms/whatever will exude while cooking! No more drips and no more sheet pans under the lasagna pan "just in case"! The savings in cleanup time alone justifies the cost of the pan, but I recommend it because it makes great lasagna! Not having that stupid sheet pan under the lasagna pan really allows the bottom layer of pasta to "set" properly. The additional height also allows the top layer of cheese to baste and brown in the very flavorful juices - juices that "drip" over the sides of other lasagna pans. A family heirloom!
