people. It features two Cuisinart exclusives: Touchpad
Dough Control with PowerPrep metal dough blade that
kneads up to 2.5 pounds of dough in seconds, and the
one-piece Supreme widemouth feed tube - more than twice
the size of any other on the market - that lets you add
whole fruits and vegetables, eliminating the time and
effort of pre-cutting. The 11-cup shatter-proof Lexan
work bowl and 625-watt induction motor provide the
capacity and power for mixing batter for four 8"
cake layers or dough for about 65 cookies, chopping up
to 1.75 pounds of meat or poultry, and kneading multiple
batches of heavy bread dough, plus mincing, grating,
slicing, shredding and pureeing. Cushioned feet anchor
it firmly during use, and a built-in cord wrap
facilitates storage. With easy-to-use touchpad controls,
the base wipes clean, and removable parts are dishwasher
safe. All Cuisinart 11-cup blades and discs can be used
with the Prep 11 Plus, and it comes with recipe book,
4-millimeter stainless steel medium slicing disc,
stainless steel chopping blade, stainless steel dough
blade, spatula and detachable disc stem. 13.5"L x
