This pan is a nice weight and I like the fact that the bottom is wider than other 1 and 1/2 qt. saucepans. It heats evenly and the I feel it was a great value. I intend to buy more products from this line to replace the set we received as a gift many years ago.
Pros: even cooking, Heat distribution, multi-purpose, construction, Easy to Clean/Wash, quality, Material, Heat retention, Appearance/ Design /Style, easy to store, Long-lasting, Weight

Excellent Sauce Pan

We purchased this 1-1/2 qt sauce pan when our other "gave up the ghost." It was on sale, and we are delighted with the price and the quality. It is heavy, and the lid does not collect water--something our other sauce pan always did. This is an excellent buy especially if you can get it on sale.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Stay-cool handle, quality, construction, Heat retention, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, durability, Weight

We gave out daughter an entire set of the Cuisinart pots and pans several years ago and enjoyed them so much while visiting, that we decided to "treat" ourselves to new ones too.
They are wonderful to cook in and are very handsome.
After using the same cookware for 40+ years,
we decided that I deserved some pretty, new
pots and pans.
The Cuisinart did not disappoint!
In the kitchen, I'm never without: vegetable steamer

I recently purchased a set of Cuisinart's pans and love them, but the set did not include a 1 quart pan. I saw this pan and decided to add it to the collection and am very pleased with my purchasse. The pan is just the right size for small quantities of sauces, gravies and soup. Like the other pans in the set, it heats quickly and evenly, and is easy to clean. I use gas for cooking and have found I can cook most everything on low with great results. I also found the handle to be very comfortable for my smallish hands. For the price I'm extremely happy. Although I've only had the pans a short while, I'm expecting them to last a long time.
Pros: even cooking, Heat distribution, construction, capacity, Easy to Clean/Wash, Appearance/ Design /Style

We have a few of these Cuisinart pots and pans and needed this one to give us another size pot without going to stew or soup size pots.
Great to work with, look good, heat evenly and easy to clean.
If you want a good pot; this is it.

I had to replace a pan I scorched making a reduction. I'm now glad I had to do that- this pan is so nice. Even heating, nice quality- it just feels good. Can't believe what a bargain this pan is compared to significantly more expensive pans.
Pros: Heat distribution, Value for Money, quality, Appearance/ Design /Style

Had four of the Cuisinart pans and am working remote from home and needed to outfit the kitchen. Cuisinart were the first pots I purchased. Love these things. The work great and clean up well. The sauce pans do everything from boil water, poach eggs to rice and "mother sauces". You cannot go wrong with these pans, they should last a lifetime.

I simply love this pan. I wanted an everyday pan and, believe me, I use this one almost every day. It is just the right size for me and it cleans so easily. It keeps it shine and I can't say enough about it. Thinking about getting more of the collection.

I wanted to replace a ruined Cuisanart 2Qt pan which I used often, and really miss. The replacement pan arrived in good condition, but I do not care for the skinny handle. It is pretty to look at, but I want function. The pan and the handle do not seen balanced: thus, I am disappointed, and will be returning the order.
