If you use your food processor at all, you will want to add additional blades and this is a great set. The standard slicing blade is too thick for cole slaw so this smaller size is perfect and I make steak frites with the french fry blade at least every few weeks. Excellent product.

I use the specialty disk set all the time. I lke all the disks and use them every week.. I havent got the disk and blade holder, but I would strongly recomend it as it would protect the blades, where I have them stored in a drawer at this time until I can get the holder.
