When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Kitchen Mad Scientist
I bought this 14' Classic Chef's Fry Pan as an addition to the 17 piece set , it is of excellent quality and my Wife loves the way this cookware cooks food , it is easy to clean also , but the most important feature is the technology in the base of the cookware , it heats , warms and cooks evenly , no hot spots ! Outside of being beautifully crafted and designed , I feel that the evening heating and cooking is by far the greatest feature , after all it is cookware !
In the kitchen, I'm never without: Stainless Steel

I keep the pan on the burner all the time, because it is a lovely decoration for my kitchen. It cleans effortlessly.

should have bought this size pan years ago...I enjoy watching chefs on t.v. and the one tool I was missing was this size pan. the handle does not get hot. (unless it goes into the oven to finish cooking) and it has a large surface to brown food perfectly. hash browns for 8? no problem!

This pan is a dream.... I am going to buy other sizes in the same brand. It heats evenly, fast and temperature stays consistent. example , I cook with olive oil so cooking on medium frys chicken fast so its not greasy, crispy on the outside and moist inside. The design is nice also you dont lose a lot of room like other fry pans by the sides being on an angle. 14" is very roomy and not so heavy you need a forklift like some other pans I have owned in the past. while it's still hot after your done, put hot soapy water and let it soak a few min until lukewarm and washcloth it clean. Washes up like a new nonstick pan and looks still beautiful. EXCELLENT QUALITY LOVE IT!
Pros: even cooking, Heat distribution, non-stick, Performs Well, durability, capacity, Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, quality, Heat retention, Appearance/ Design /Style, Weight

These are fabulous, true even heating, stainless steel everyday pans. They best part is that they can be washed in the dishwasher, and clean as easily and as beautifully as they cook.

With a life-time warranty and an aluminum core for even heating, this pan does exactly what its supposed to. Unfortunately, it is so difficult to clean, I have owned it for less than a week and I already have a stain on it. It looked so good new and there are already brown spots on it.
Pros: even cooking, Performs Well, Stay-cool handle, Warranty
Cons: Difficult to Clean/Wash

Best total cost 14" flying pan I found after looking for a few months both online and in stores.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, even cooking, size, Stay-cool handle, Value for Money
I have 2 sets, most of the pan sizes I needed came with them, but neither came with the larger size fry pans. I found them available as individual pieces, only on Chef's.com.
I love my Cuisnart pans; they're heavy enough to allow me to cook or bake anything I want to without being so heavy I find them impossible to lift, and they are very easy to clean. I know they don't appear heavy but in my estimation, they're the perfect weight.
These pans replaced my original copper bottom pans, ones we purchased about 40 years ago, and the sets are now about 1 year old. I started out with Cuisinart's non-stick cookware, had some problems with them after about 8 or 9 years and Cuisniart replaced both sets for me about a year ago. I did have a 12" fy pan that was not part of the replacements sets, the pieces changed, so I began to look for the two fry pans I needed, heading straight to Chef's.com.
I love them and highly recommend them as well as the entire set. They cook beautifully, look great, and I know the price can't be beat. In all honesty, I've never had a Cuisinart product I don't like and when I had a problem, Cuisinat stood by me and did what they ought to have. That says it all, I believe.
For me, one of the most important features of these pans. other than their manifuacturer, is that they can go in the dishwasher. I refuse to handwash unless absoultely necessary and I'd not purchase pots and pans that are not dishwaher safe. I do far too much cooking and baking for that.
I've recommended Cusinart and Chef's.com to more people than I can say. And I'll continue to do so. Both are willing to stand behind their products, help if needed, and provide superb customer service. I don't believe I can say more or better about either company.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to store, easy to use, even cooking, Functional/Useful, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Long-lasting, Material, multi-purpose, quality, size, Stay-cool handle, Tight-fitting lid, True to Color, Value for Money, Warranty, Weight

I bought a couple of these pans before starting culinary school at the CIA a few years back. For the price, they are GREAT. Even heat distribution, very easy to clean, and last a long time. As a professional cook, I highly recommend them.

From the size of this pan you might think it is extremely heavy, but you would be surprised. it is easily movable yet heats evenly. i purchased this to facilitate browning meats in one batch rather than two and being able to add acidic liquids to the same pan. i have always used cast iron for just frying or sauteing, but this pan works great for both. browns without burning. when cooking meat with excessive amounts of water its vast surface facilitates quick evaporation and prevents the meat from boiling before browning. also great for hash browns. it allows you to spread them thin for quick crispyness!
Pros: large size, even heat
