All-Clad MC2 Nonstick Fry Pans

All-Clad MC2 Nonstick Fry Pans : These classic fry pans combine professional performance and sophisticated style with nonstick convenience. Sloped sides make it easy to slip a spatula beneath foods for lifting and turning. 8": This compact pan is great for scrambled eggs for two, or for individual servings when everyone in the family is eating on a different schedule (one reason we love the nonstick surface -- just wipe clean and you're ready to cook again). 10": This medium-sized pan is great for pan-frying up to three burgers or making an omelet for two. 12" and 14": This large pan is ideal for family-size portions of meats or side dishes such as stir-fried broccoli rabe or pan-fried potatoes; also great for sauteing eggplant or zucchini. All-Clad's MC2 Nonstick cookware combines a shimmering brushed aluminum exterior and a stainless steel cooking surface with a durable nonstick coating. A triple-layer core of pure aluminum extends across the bottom and up the sides for unsurpassed heat conductivity with no hot spots. The rolled lip of the pan ensures drip-free transfer of contents, and the long stick handle, secured by noncorrosive stainless steel rivets, stays cool during normal stovetop use. Oven safe to 400 F. Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing with CHEFS™ Stainless Steel Cleaner to preserve the beauty of the finish. Made in the USA.

Perfect Fry Pan! June 19, 2008
Kris11 from APO, AE (Military)

"I have a lot of All Clad products. I started off buying the LTD line and then the MC2 line went on sale. I took advantage of the sale prices and picked up the 12" nonstick and regular 12" fry pan. I love both of them! They are the right size for a family of 4; probably even large enough for a family of 5 as well. The brushed exterior is very attractive and cooks just as well as the LTD cookware (very responsive to heat). I HIGHLY recommend ALL Clad cookware!"

Great for omelets! June 2, 2008
psying from Jacksonville, FL

"I just received my 8" pan and used it for the first time this weekend. The omelets turned out great. The only drawback to this great pan is that the handle is a bit uncomfortable to handle because it is metal and "split." Definitely will be buying more, though!"

Long term durability January 4, 2008
MamaS from Virginia

"I am on my second All-Clad nonstick fry pan. I like the way it cooks and cleans up. However, I had to replace the first one because the nonstick coating kept flaking off the lip of the pan. I've only had my second one for about a year and now it's starting to do the same thing. We're not using metal utensils or otherwise abusing the pan."

Love All-Clad October 19, 2007
PattyG from New Jersey

"I have 3 sizes of All Clad non-stick frying pans. I have owned several other brands, but none of them has cooked as evenly as All Clad. I am really impressed with the quality of their products. I use at least one of them every day and am very pleased with the pans. With the recommended care, they always look good also. My pots and pans hang on a rack in my kitchen in constant view. I highly recommende the All-Clad brand of pots and pans."

An essential in the kitchen October 19, 2007
Lizzy from Astoria, NY

"I have all 3 sizes. The 8" is great for making eggs. The 10" for sauteing smaller meals. My 12" is my workhorse. Great for stir-fry (better than a wok if you have an electric stove). Heats up quickly. The non-stick surface is very hardy, though it gets stained after continued usage."
