I LOVE my new skillet. It cooks like a dream. Even though it has the stainless steel inside that is not "non stick" it cooks and cleans up easier than my old non stick skillets. I wouldn't have believed it without finding it out for myself. They may cost more but they are worth every penny! This proves my theory that purchasing quality is infinitely better than purchasing cheap.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Stay-cool handle, quality, even cooking, Heat distribution, non-stick, durability
The All Clad pans I purchased are everything I expected in quality and performance. AND they're made in the USA. Worth the price.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, even cooking, Heat distribution, construction, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, Long-lasting, capacity
I have an 8" and 12", but really needed a middle size. It heats and cooks evenly, Cleaning is a breeze; a few minutes soaking in hot, soapy water followed by a gentle sponge wash, and it's as clean as a whistle.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to use, even cooking

We're trying to get away from aluminum and non-stick materials, so we ordered the stainless steel All-Clad 10" skillet. Non-stick material not necessary in this - fried eggs just slide right out, with a bit of spray oil. Will definitely order more of the same brand.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: A wooden spoon
Favorite Brand: Now, it's All-Clad
Pros: even cooking, Heat distribution, construction, size, non-stick, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, quality, Material, Appearance/ Design /Style, Heat retention, Functional/Useful

An Excellent Purchase

The All Clad 12" MC2 fry pan is an excellent workhorse in the kitchen. I've used the smaller fry pans for over 18 years, but this larger size is much more versatile. It's the perfect size to saute vegetables, brown meat and poultry, and it makes a great Dutch Baby pancake in the oven. As with most All Clad products, it is easy to clean and the quality is exceptional. This fry pan is a must have!
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Stay-cool handle, quality, Material, even cooking, Heat distribution, multi-purpose, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Heat retention, Performs Well, durability, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting, capacity
Cons: lid not included

Great little pan

Solid, good looking pan. heats evenly, cleans fast, durable, but not too heavy so its easy to maneuver on the stovetop.
A sheer delight to use. Nothing sticks! Sears, browns, sautes, frys. Carmelize onions to perfection. A breeze to clean. Heats evenly and holds heat well. Lasts a lifetime with proper care.
Pros: durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, even cooking, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Long-lasting, Material, Performs Well, quality, Value for Money
This fry pan heats evenly and will not scorch foods like thinner, cheaper pans will. This pan cleans easily, however, if you burn something, you may need to soak it and scrub hard. Even if you really make a mess of this pan, I have not found anything that can't be cleaned off this pan using some CHEF'S stainless steel cleaner. You can't go wrong with this great fry pan.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to use, even cooking, Functional/Useful, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Long-lasting, Material, Performs Well, quality, Stay-cool handle

Great cookware

I picked up the 8'' pan on sale, got a great deal. it has performed perfectly so far. it heats very well, cleans well, and sautes with precision. I am looking forward to picking up more pans in the MC2 line.
I have 2 frypans in the MC 2 line. I have 7 other piece of the cookware in this line, too. Super quality. I've had one piece for more than 10 years. I'm sure it will out live me. I'm sure my daughter is glad about that.
I didn't find this fry pan any harder to clean than my other All Clad cookware. A little Cameo powder or Bar Keeper's Friend will clean it right up. It heats evenly and quickly. I highly recommend the LTD, Stainless, & MC2 All Clad line of cookware to serious cooks!

AWESOME PANS

If you are a serious home cook you will LOVE these pans. I bought a 9 piece set probably 7 years ago and they are still in near perfect condition and still absolutely cook food evenly. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was refering to, other than the outsides of the pans will stain and turn color a little from cooking. Stainless steel pads work great on them, which is the point in having a heavy duty pan. I didn't purchase pans to have them look pretty on the stove. GREAT GREAT pans. Probably will never have to buy another set again.

Not a great product

If you like to scrub your saute pans with brillo every time you use it--buy this pan. I usually like all-clad products, but this pan is a dissapointment. It' rather flimsy and the sides burn and stain very quickly.
